Hey friends! My name is Jeremy (He/They) and I’m originally from Louisville, Kentucky - but now have made home in Chicago.
I found that I enjoyed acting at an early age and, as I went into high school, decided that I wanted to do it for the rest of my life. After high school, I went to Northern Kentucky University where I received my BFA in Acting and a double minor in Dance and Electronic Media & Broadcasting (Wow! Talk about a mouthful!).
Upon graduating, I stayed in Cincinnati and started working at several of the theaters in the NKY/Cincy region for five years with shows like A Charlie Brown Christmas, She Loves Me, and various others. Once Covid hit, I made the decision to go to grad school and have now received my MFA in Acting.
While at WIU, I had the opportunity to coach acting to various students, hosted workshops, choreographed three concert pieces, got certified in lots of stage combat weapons, and learned stuff along the way. In the summers I taught/directed/choreographed at a theater academy and served as the Plant/Choreographer in Little Shop of Horrors at Ozark Actors Theatre in ‘21 followed by performing with Unto These Hills in Cherokee, North Carolina in ‘22 and ‘23.
Like I said, I’m now in Chicago and love it. I have performed in Sleeping with Beauty with PrideArts and working with Ardent Dance Company. I’m enjoying all the opportunities here in Chicago and have enjoyed getting to audition at various theatres in Chicagoland.
Some other fun facts about me?! Well, I enjoy working out, Netflix is bae, I will obsess over your dog, I love Pokemon, do my best to be positive and kind, and am probably crushing on Harry Styles and Jonathan Bailey.
